Refund policy

PICK-UP

• Any item not picked up within 7 days will be returned and refunded on day 8 less a 10% restocking fee.
• If you have extenuating circumstances that prevents a pickup within 7 days, please contact us (note that items picked up after 7 days of the purchase date may not be returned).

 

RETURN

• Any item may be returned within seven days of purchase (not pick up date, but purchase date).
• After 7 days, items may not be returned.
• Each customer will be allowed five returns a month within the seven-day pickup window. After five returns, a 10% restocking fee will be imposed for additional returns.
